Review of the year so far

Well in truth 2012 has seen a good summer with a series of gigs at Centotre Italian restaurant in Edinburgh plus a number of weddings and plenty of other gigs. It is a fact though that gigs are harder to get in this current economic climate and venue operators have to be pretty sure that you will increase revenue and profits. Take Centotre for example, we played 4 weeks and over that time we had an increase week on week in terms of the number of people coming to eat and hear the band. The last gig had 192 covers so it did well which means they should be happy to do the same sort of thing next year. interesting as there was no entry in the Fringe Guide we were relying on good old fashioned marketing tweeting and a-board primarily.
