Have spent the last two evenings practice working on playing augmented scales in thirds and fourths with lower neighbour tone lead in. Now just wondering where I’m gonna use this stuff….
Did find a very nice 2 5 1 pattern a la Sonny Stitt, which I nicked from Eric Alexander – don’t think he’ll notice!
