Maybe it was too much to ask but why does it rain every time I go to Callander? I like this festival, it is a proper festival where people like to be entertained and appreciate the efforts of the organisers, headed up by Graham Oliphant.
Today in the Dreadnought we had some interesting moments – a trio of young jazzers from Moscow came in and livened place up with their playing – nice versions of a couple of standards and then we had a wide range of singers.
A good old fashioned jam session where everyone had a good time! A bit of a workout for me with lots of unusual keys
